How are you this Evening, i am on my third time at Slimming World and determined to lose rest of my weight. Already lost over 4 stone with Slimming World put 10 lbs back on with Family stuff etc. First weigh in this week after re-join last week lost 2 and half pounds which i am happy with. Also stopped Smoking 1 year in January Yeah!

Wow well done!! How on earth did you manage this?? I too am at target and have lost about the same as you (2 stone 5 lb) but it's taken me just over a year to achieve!
