    helpppppp please

    hi

    i have been calorie controlling since july. Lost two and a half stone, got down to 11st8lbs, weighed this morning 11st11lbs. The last few weeks and especially the last few days i have really gone off track, big time. I feel like i have completley gone back to my old ways and its nearly xmas. This is not good. I dont know why. the last few weeks nearly every person i know have said how good i like and how much weight i have lost. Maybe im feeling relaxed now so i have started to eat. I dont know what to do. the reason i am posting on this part of the forum is that i have done slimming world before and am considering maybe going back. not sure, as i have done so well with the calories. helppppp

    Sounds like you are doing fine with the calorie counting to be honest. Surely this is just a blip and you need to refocus and get back on track. You need to use all the nice words people have said to you, look at yourself in the mirror and see what you have already achieved and what you are going to achieve and restart from now. The worst thing you can do is worry to much about what has passed just make sure you dont do it again. You are so close to being were you want to be use that as your motivation and you will be there in a matter of weeks.

    btw congrats on your weight loss you look great. Thanks for your advice yeah i think i need to stick with the calories and continue i felt like i was in "the zone" if tha makes sense. Now I feel like I dont care and want to eat anything. its horrible

    I'm feeling a bit lost lol. Just maybe wanted diff opinions. Just posted in the ones I have done in the past. But I suppose maybe I should stick to calorie counting the one that I have lost the most weight on.

    Yes sounds like a plan but also important to look at why you are sabotaging. Is it a coincidence that you're going off the rails just as people are telling you how good you look? Really keep an eye on what's going on when you're going off your plan (whichever it is) and how you're feeling when you do it cos it sounds a bit like you feel like you don't deserve to look good or that now people are saying this it means you don't have to stick at it any more? Looking at triggers to sabotage might help you to get back to it but also keep your eye on your next goal. Good luck you can do this as you have shown with your losses so far so keep at it! :-)
