    Hi Rosie

I love my C - she is the motivation that keeps me going back. Her 100% commitment to all of her members is fab. She has a real zest and enthusiasm for the programme, she takes the time to listen to people when they are struggling, she always stresses she is available 24/7 for help and support, even when she went on holiday to America with her family, and we had a C from another class, she said if your not comfy asking her text me and ill help I am here for you.

I also get texts during the week if she knows ive had a bad week the one before and I find this really good as when i went to WW i got nothing like that. They took my money one week to the next and once out of the door i didnt hear from them till WI the next week.

She normally has 2 raffle prizes the first is always a £5 voucher to spend in the SW shop, and the second is usually something thats on offer in the shops last week was a veg pack and some stock pots. We all get a text on a Wed morning before WI with a cheery message or a poem about SW. I dont use FB but she has set up a closed page for our members and i know she keeps track of whats going on there too

My C has now resigned and we have temps but I hate to say it, she wasn't great she contacted us all by text in the first couple of weeks but then it stopped. We have a FB page but that was set up by one of the members. Also, IT was the same every week including the questions we got asked. Ok that's not what you asked for..but some things to avoid maybe lol! Good luck x

Enthusiasm!! And always there to help/listen. Raffle prizes are all sorts in our groups, last week it was the christmas recipe book that they're not gonna print anymore (I didn't win so bought it anyway) sometimes its all ingredients to make a recipe, one week it was loads of options sachets and a large mug, just all sorts of things that you really want to win. One week, after she had been to italy on holiday, she brought a massive thing of different coloured pasta shapes and some spices from italy. Thoughtful!!

In IT we usually discuss recipes, she finds silly stories for us, we go around everyone and hear their weight loss, we just gossip in general about the plan and bargains in supermarkets aswell.

She does a group text once or twice a week and if you wanna text her she always replies. We also have a facebook page to help eachother and share recipes/offers at supermarkets.

I think you will be an excellent consultant Rosie x

Diet: Slimming World 121.5 lbs loss so far......
Goal Date: It's a never ending story........
I don't think any one consultant will suit everyone so just be yourself and please the ones you can lol
I think its important to have someone who listens to you and doesn't just give 'rote' answers. I like the idea of texts from c's during the week etc that would also make you feel appreciated.
