You could but you would need to syn them. Values woukd vary depending on the product. Bagels will be quite high (1 syn for every 20 calories if that is any help) x

WW bagels 4pk are 8 Syns each and WW ready meals are all on the SW app or I'm sure if you go to SYN thread that they'll be there if not just pop down what you need to know and as we're all a friendly lot on here someone is bound to see it and post a reply have a go with SW. And follow diaries to get a good grasp of what to do

What type of meals have you got? They will be on syns online. But for bagels and other things that have no free food in them, its just 1 syn per 20 cals
