This is cute! I take it you do weekly syns then? How does that work for you? The C at my group told me to avoid weekly syns as some people find they don't lose- but I think it sounds like something I'd enjoy more (a small cheeky take away rather than lots of naughty snacks)!
Also- do you know where I can find one of these charts with 105 on it?![]()

I kind of do a mixture of weekly/daily syns and it's been fine but now I'm a bit nervous about it so I try to stick to the daily limit as much as I can. Incidentally, this week I went over my syns quite a bit on 4 days and still came in under the weekly 105 but didn't really lose any weight.
76lbs down, 52lbs to go!
Goal Weight: 133lbs
I tend to aim for 10 syns a day, as it means I then have an extra 5 if I need them. For emergency type thing. If I have 10 a day for most the week then need a few more at the weekend I kind of say, well I have a few spare if I need them! Dont like to completely run out! The thought scares me haha x
