    Should I change day?

So the plan was to have a EE day - toast (HEXB) for breakfast with 1 syn of jam. Mugshot and banana for a snack, salmon and new pots with salad for lunch, 2 clementines and then prawn pasta for tea with toms, mushrooms, peppers, garlic and onions.

Just had a txt from my OH who doesn the cooking to say can't do the pasta cause not got all the ingrediants so ok to have SW chips and beans instead.

So should I stick with EE or as I'm not having any superfree with tea and i've had a mugshot as a snack swap to green day and have the salmon as my 2nd HEXB? Will it make a difference to my day. I'm pretty sure the salmon won't have been too much for HEXB but I could syn any extra if change to green day or do you think I should stick to EE even though I won't be having the superfree? I'm confused

I would swap over to a green day (and use my extra HEXA on some cheese for the chips and beans!)
Hoping for a pound loss this week. Rinse and Repeat.
