Hi all just joined up tonight,im planning on joining slimming world in the new year,im vegetarian,dont eat eggs,hardly touch milk,how easy is the sw plans to follow,ive read bits on the internet and it sounds quite confusing,is there a great amount of choice?
Im hoping to lose around 3stone in total,another problem is i only really get weekends to spend much time with my husband and we do enjoy a few drinks on a weekend is this allowed at all?or is alcohol totally banned,any help and advise would be great![]()

We don't really buy snacks any more but if he gets crisps and a beer in, I'll have my 1 syn lager and some popcorn and that works pretty well
