    Slimming world from home help please

    Hi I am doing slimming world at home saving the money
    By getting confused
    I am doing extra easy
    So I'm allowed 2 slices of bread a day?
    250ml semi skimmed milk
    If I have bread I can't have porridge or cereal? If I have ceral I can't have bread?? Right??
    Mince is 4.2g fat per 100g
    What ham is free???
    Boiled bacon??
    Which yogurts ??
    Can some one give me their typical days menu please xx

    There are hundreds of diary threads to read, they'd give you ideas. There is also a brill newbies thread that I'm sure someone will link for you x good luck

    The best thing to do would be to join your local class to get all the books and a full explanation of the plan as it seems like you are not sure how it works.
    by going there the consultant can guide you through it all then you'll know exactly what you are doing.
    you don't have to go to class after that if you can't afford it.

    Also if you look through the threads there are different sections and stick threads that will really help you understand things better, it only takes a few seconds to find this information xx
