ham as a healthy b or should i syn it?
Hi,
I am thinking about the food I am eating today and it looks more like a green day so thinking of swapping it to have the extra healthy extras. Problem is I had SW quiche at dinner and had about 5-10g of tescro crumbed ham on top. This is free on an ee day. So what do i do syn it i think 100g is 6 syns so may be 1syn??? Or do as a healthy b but not sure i want anymore as think it 85g aint it? Help!!
Was thinking of having a jacket for tea with beans and if i swap to green i can have cheese too as hea!

if my dodgy maths is correct, 10g would be 0.6 syns, so i would go with that and then have extra HE

Ooh thanks. I thought it would be about a syn. Now what to have as my extra healthy b lol since no high fis in :-( may have some toast. thank u x
