    Fat free popcorn

    My son got a popcorn machine for Xmas and on the box it says it makes fat free popcorn. All you add is the kernals. Does anyone know would this be free
    13.01.13- 14 stone
    20.01.13- 13 st 7lb loss 7lb
    27.01.13- 13st 8lb gained 1lb
    03.02.13- 13st 6lb. lost 2lb

    No because popcorn isn't a free food. It wouldn't be too bad syn wise though.

    4.5 syns per 25g popped weight - but you get quite a lot for 25g!
