Doing it from home now
Can anyone help me I have left club and I am going to do it myself, i used to do red/green days but the weight is coming off very slow. I am not sure how to do the Extra easy plan where can i get advice how to do it without going to club.

There are some stickies on this forum that will help you. Either scroll up if your on a browser or click the stickies tab if you're using the app.
Have a look at the forum for people going it alone or the one that explains extra easy. Sorry that I can't link but I'm on my kindle so I can't paste.
