    Spinning classes

Anyone go willing to share some tips!

We have bought one to use at home and although I know to get the full benefit we should go to a class first its just too hard to get a babysitter whilst hubby works opposite to me.

I walk past a spinning class on my way to weigh in and from what I can gather your instructor is prompting you to pedal certain ways at certain speeds with a track list....
Well anyway if anyone has any tips you don't mind sharing please let me know!!!

Ah go you! I love spinning!! First up pick some music you love that is really up beat - my instructor plays loads of rihanna and stuff. Aim is to keep up with the beat in the highest gear that you can to really make you work. Good to alternate between standing and sitting to work different muscles. Then also think about some slower music with a strong beat that you can do some really tough hill climbs to.

Might be worth just trying one class if you can? Or maybe check out you tube to get a feel? Either way it's great body magic! X
