    New here

    Hoping to get to know you all and learn loads bout the best things to eat to keep that weight off, so far have lost 1st 11lbs don't want to loose much more only a few lbs but need all the help I can get lol

    We are all here for the same reason so if you get stuck, then just ask!
    There are hundreds of recipes on here so you will never have to buy pre made food if you don't want to. My advice is to write a weekly menu, buy only the ingredients to make these meals, that way you don't get temped to "cheat". If you follow my link you will find over 60 pages of recipes that I have made, an index is on page 60!
