    Extra Easy lunch help...

    Hi guys

    I'm back in work on Monday after a few months of maternity leave.

    I'm doing the SW Extra Easy plan and need some packed lunch ideas for work to keep me on plan.

    We have no kettle/microwave so everything needs to be ready to eat.

    Oh and I rarely eat meat.

    I've never done SW whilst at work so am really stuck as to what to have for lunch but I do need to eat lunch otherwise it'll trigger a binge when I get home - something that happened a lot pre-SW!
