Newbie!! Help & buddies needed please
Hi guys. Im knew to SW done WW lastyear before i got married an lost just over half a stone took my weight to 8.12 since then iv had a baby an my weight has crept up to 10.4 ideally i want to lose a stone but anything else on top of that would be great!!!
Im about to go to my first meeting, iv been food shopping an got all the basics! Brown 400g loaf, eggs,milk,cheese,bacon,chicken,pasta,passarta,herb s,extra lean mince,rice,yogurts loadsa fruit...etc so im hoping i can start tomorrow.
Id like to do a diary so hopefully some of you will pop over an read it and even buddy up with me. If anyone is similar weight and only wants to lose 1stone/1stone half id love a helping hand and some support
