    Hello, Newbie here!

Hi Everyone. I am just starting my weight loss journey and chose to do slimming world again as I lost 3 stone in 3 months with the diet in 2010 and put it all back on eating takeaways and lots of chocolate (idiot!). I'm 21 years old, mummy to 2 boys, Ethan who is 2 and a half and Logan who is 8 weeks old. I am engaged to their daddy, Mike, I've been with him for 4 years in April and he is also starting his diet with me except hes following a different diet set by his friend who is a body builder and hes going to the gym a lot (I'm very proud of him for doing this!)

I look forward to giving out support to all who need it and hopefully receiving some support as well as I have a first target of 2 stone by March for my sister in laws wedding.. maybe even a bit more but I will be happy with 2!

Day one has been OK. I had melon for breakfast, HeA = Milk, HeB = 2 Alpen Lights, Lunch = Chicken, Tea was bacon, egg, tomatoes and beans and I also had a snack of a mullerlight cherry yoghurt.. I drank 3 coffees and 3 cans of coke zero and also Ive had 6 pints of water so far... I'm massively craving chocolate and crisps though, this is definitely the time that is hitting me hard as my eldest is in bed, the baby is asleep and I used to just sit and snack until I went to bed.

    Well, here goes nothing!
    xx

Hi starting SW again for 2nd time, have never really been very successful with my weight loss efforts, start off with great intentions then lose steam! I am also hoping to lose 2 stones by March and starting day one tomorrow.
Congratulations on getting through your first day, I always find night times hardest for cravings when kids are tucked up in bed. I have 2 boys, an 8 yr old and my youngest is 3.
    Wish me luck Jx

Hey :-) How many days into the diet are you now? I always lose steam as well so seeing as though we both want 2 stone by march then we can always keep each other on track ;-)
    Good luck!!
