    Why do you love Slimming World?

    I just think Slimming World is amazing! I have been on it since Sept 2012 and have lost 1st 10lb without any deprivation or hardship whatsoever. I have eaten like a queen. Over xmas I made SW desserts, ate loads and enjoyed everything I ate and lost 4lbs. I just think it is the best plan ever! It is actually much more enjoyable than all the stuff I used to eat.

    I've still 3 stones to lose but if it remains this easy then I can't see me not getting there, which before seemed absolutely impossible.

    I love the support you get from others doing SW. The knowing looks in the supermarket when discussing with the OH how many syns something is and someone you don't know chips in with the answer. It's like a big family and no matter what they are there and your not judged when you have a bad day cause we're all in it together!

    I love that you can virtually eat anything you like (within reason of course) and still lose weight. SW is the best thing I've ever done.

    I still get to have all the yummy stuff I want, it just gives me the control. Its teaching me to make more sensible choices without making me feel deprived, because now I understand what I'm eating better.

    Since doing Slimming World I have never eaten such a variety of foods, I can still eat my versions of curries, chips, kebabs etc and still loose weight! I also enjoy modifying other recipes to make them SW friendly! Good company and this great website.....

    There is very little weighing to do and it's taught me portion control is key.

    I can now confidently cook healthy meals that taste nice each week.

    I wish my local class was as supportive as MM is.

    I love slimming world simply because I can eat what I like without having to weight stuff or calorie count. This is my third time back as I put on weight after getting married 8 months ago. I have 2 and half stone to lose to bring me to my target of 9st. I was 9st 12lb before my wedding & happy with that but i Want to lose the extra 12lbs as it will put my BMI in the healthy range
