Hi everyone! I've been going to SW classes since May 2012 and have lost 1st 7lbs so far on EE (it was 1st 10lb, but then I let Christmas get the better of me!) I'd been fairly content with my slow-ish losses, until I sat down with my book and realised that there have been 5 or so weeks where I've either maintained or put on.. What a waste! So I decided to join the forum this new year as a way of keeping me motivated and I'm hoping for a steady loss each week until I reach target
I started at 12st 2lbs and am currently 10st 9lbs- My target is 9st 10 at the moment.
