    Need motivation... :(

    I havent weighed myself in two months and i thought it would be bad but a STONE! The heaviest ive ever been in my life is 15.10 stone... Im now 16.5!!!!!! Arghhh i just kind of thimk is there any point!!?? And to make thimgs worse my mum got me and her and my sis a photoshoot in two weeks as if needed a reminder of what i look like!!! AND none of my clothes fit me and i need FIVE outfits with no money to buy more clothes arrrrggghh :'( now all i want to do is cry and stuff my face

    Take a deep breath draw a line and move on xx u can do it xx can the photo shoot be put back a few weeks ? Could u use different accessories etc instead of totally dif outfits? Xx

    Thanks for replying.. It was one of those ******* vouchers and its up soon so it has to be then i have a couple of dressy things i got for over christmas but my mum wants one in casual clothes which is where my main problem lies... I feel awful in my casual clothes... And she wants anither in fur coats lol and i got mine when i was at my thinnest on ww! I get my bursery through just before the photoshoot so i think i will follow your advice... Primark spree for statement accessories to distract?! Xx

    BMI Information:
    You will only feel 100 times worse if you sit and stuff your face. You can't do much in 2 weeks of course but you can get yourself sorted and start losing again and feel a bit better about everything. Feel for you about the photo shoot though there's really not much you can do. What sort of area do you live in, cos charity shops can be good if in a good area with people bringing perfectly good stuff in? Also loads if sales on at the min, the supermarkets have quite good clothing lines might get some bargains? X

    Oh and if course primark x

    Ooh charity shops... Where i live they think theyre too posh to have chrarity shops (i live in the ex council houses that no one talks about lmao) but the west end has loads of vintage/charity shops i could maybe go a wee daytrip! I was toying with the idea of using it as motivation.... Book another one when i get to target kind of thing so i can remind myself not to go back AGAIN x

    Do not cry and do not stuff your face! I know it is the most tempting option sometimes but two weeks is two weeks! You can still make a difference. You may not be where you want to be but it is better than eating junk and regretting it. This will take u even further away from goal! I think half the battle is a positive mindset. You CAN do this and you WILL do this see it as a mini challenge that u will succeed in xx

The hair isnt as awsome now though as i started nursing and had to tone it down for placement (not that im complaining i LOVE nursing (although all older people say its better like this as the red was too scary lmao) ive spent since september getting the red out and i know as soon as the summer holidays hit, it will be back again cos i miss it lmao

    Plan for when ur on shift starting training was my downfall.. But it doesn't have to be xxx another photo shoot is a fab idea xx.

    What is it you do? My first placement would have been alright on sw... Baked potatoes every lunchtime lol and they had a microwave but i know not all wards will so i will need to take it one placement at a time x

    Yeh, you will find loads if bargains in those type shops! That's a good idea for using the photos, if you don't like what you see still great incentive for being on plan. I posted some photos on Facebook of what I was like last Christmas, wow! Great incentive not to have the full two weeks of Christmas off plan lol photos work! X

    Yeah i had a photo taken at a wedding a few weeks ago and apparently everyone thinks i look great but all i can secretly think is... Really... Thats the best i can look! Lol im currently sorting out my clothes into any that will fit/some to try on in a month lol at least i wont feel down by putting on clothes that dont fit lol

    Aw nice how long have you been doing that,? Do you enjoy it? Im on a mental health course but i had my first placement at an orthapedic surgery trauma ward and i LOVED it even though i had initially being dreading it a bit x
