    Newbie help!

Hi, I'm thinking of starting SW - I've only done WW before years ago and lost 5 stone but can't get back into it now. I need inspiration as seem to be constantly putting on weight and not losing! I find carbs my biggest issue - how true is it that you can eat loads of carbs etc? Thanks in advance, Han

    Hey there

I mainly stick to green days as i love my carbs too, mostly pasta and spuds and they are so versatile.
So yes you can have oodles of noodles so long as its on a green day.

I believe in the eat more lose weight game lol but only eat if your hungry and stop when you are full. I think the problem with sw sometimes is because we can have so much free foods people sometimes can stupidly over eat for the sake of it.

Ive tried a few diets in the last couple of years and I've always come back to sw. Although my losses are smaller with sw I find it easier to stick to and it fits in well with my lifestyle compared to other plans.

If you buy the Daily Mirror newspaper over the next few days they have some sw information in them along with free membership so it's worth giving it a try

Good luck and let us know how you get on xxx
