    Fat free yogurt/fromage frais

    Can someone please please tell me how to stop this curdling or whatever it is it does when I pour it in to curry etc.

    My partner and I have just restarted slimming world, both just over 15stone.... :-( heaviest ever. thanks for any advice you can give!

    What i do is take half cup of sauce out and mix yogurt into that and then slowly add back to the rest of the sauce. I also let the sauce cool slightly before adding and make sure yogurt is brought to room temp before adding.

    Have always put it in at the last minute but it still goes kinda lumpy, will try to make it more room temperature thanks ladies!

    The problem is that it doesn't have the one thing which holds it together in the heat - fat!

    You need to add it when the food has started to cool down. One way is to put the yogurt/fromage frais on the food as a topping, and stir it in just before eating.
