    Slimming World: How too?

    Hi im new to MiniMinis and i am joining SW on Tuesday

    I just need a few pointers, Can anyone explain the diet a little, what are red/green days and extra easy also can you mix and match the days when ever you want do you just pick one and stick too it?

    Any foods people have found that are good too stock up on while on Slimming World
