Am i eating too much?
I feel like a pig having not stopped eating today. Am I over doing it? Am feeling quite bloated.
6am - Muller light
9am - baked beans and quorn sausage
11am - 2 clementines
1pm - boiled egg, ham and salad
3pm - apple
5pm - pork chop, boiled potatoes, various veg and gravy (1.5 syns) and mini twister lolly (2.5 syns)
8pm - lean beef in a spicy tomato sauce & pasta
10pm - Muller light
As long as your only eating when hungry and not for the sake of it x
Yes I agree with Joanne but I think what your eating is fine and if you are having losses than that's what works for you.
I agree with the others. The only thing I would say, if you are looking to cut anything out, is could you maybe move your 5pm meal to a bit later, and then not have the 8pm one? But everything you are having sounds healthy to me, and as long as you stop eating when you feel full, you'll be fine!
I always panic that I snack too much during the day, and seem to eat more than my colleagues who aren't doing SW, but I snack on fruit and veg so I think its ok!
