antibiotics help

Its my first week took sneeky look at my weight only lost one pound..followed plán 100%...could this be antibiotics ....i always have a brill first week ...help !!!

I find that antibiotics play merry hell with weight loss. Last time I had to take any it took some time to get back to normal. So don't worry about it, plod on, and it will all come right in the end.

Sneaky peeks are completely meaningless as they are totally inaccurate so forget what they said and just get back on plan as usual :)

Learnt my lesson ..sts at class but tablets finish tomorrow so hope i can get back on track..

Well lost 4.5 so my thinking antibiotics do make a negative effect on weight loss ... I'm over moon x

Yep, everytime I am on them, i an guaranteed to either sts or gain, pain in the bum!

well done on your loss, yeah antibiotics are a nightmare, a lot of medication is, but getting better is more important at the time. At least you know you can get it off after :)
