I'm sorry you've been poorly. It's this weather, I'm certain of it! At least it's 1lb in the right direction.
Well I'm a stay at home mom to a 28 month old. When I got pregnant I put on quite a bit of weight and then got post natal depression after the birth and put on MORE weight and landed up 17 stone 6. I did lighter life (the scariest diet on the planet with the biggest mind twist) and lost 3 stone. I couldn't afford the it anymore - it was £300 odd per month so had to leave. Thankfully as I could not take the strange things it does to your mind! Not eating anything at all really does a number on you. After not eating any food at all and only have sachets that are worth 500 calories a day I kind of overdid it and have not landed up 2 stone up again. So have to shift 6 stone altogether. How fast did you lose it last time?
I'm a bit freaked out by the sheer amount of food that the books say you can have. And it all looks like it's food that other diets seem to say are high in calories. I'm excited about it though. A bit confused though. There's original days, or green days and then there's extra easy days and some other days too... seems so confusing! I think I'll just start off going between green and original days. What are your favourite meals?
Since I've already done my grocery shop for the week I am going to follow an 80 - 20 principal and just watch what I eat until I do my shop next week. Can't afford to go and get extra bits at the minute! I might look around the recipes board and get some ideas for my menu next week and maybe try out a few this week too with what I already have in the fridge.
