I've been on this diet since last June and I've lost 20 pounds so far. My weight loss started slowing down so my consultant suggested that I eat more super speed foods. I didn't really know what I was doing but today I ate:

- ten big strawberries
- a whole grapefruit
- a whole lemon (in my hot water in the morning)
- an apple (I don't think this is super speed though)
- a couple of handfuls of blueberries
- a wedge of honeydew melon

and of course I ate those alongside all my regular meals. I was just wondering if I was eating too much? or if I needed to eat more? and my really big question is, how do these foods actually speed up your weight loss???
