First weigh in tonight,,,,,

.... and good old Mother Nature has decided to pay me a visit :-(

I'm going to be devastated if she has a big impact on my first weigh loss :-(

Don't worry about it! It probably won't be too bad, if it's not what you hoped for at least you know why and next week you should have the result you want. Just keep to plan today and drink plenty of water to help with fluid retention. Fingers crossed!
