    Made a boo boo

    Just looked in the fridge for my fromage frais and found that I didn't buy fromage frais I brought lowfat creme fraiche .....would have been ok if I hadn't opened it and used half in a 1syn lasagne ......s@#t! So it has gone from a 1 syn meal to about a 10syn meal! I wondered why it had a twang to the white sauce!

    Creme fraiche is so much nicer tasting though - I use the WW one all the time and its only 0.5 syns a tbsp

    I love it! I stir it into pasta dishes to make it creamy and yummy. And at 0.5 syns a tablespoon it makes a virtually syn free dinner for two of us!
