    Question Slimming world.... brown bread ?

    Can i swap this on my HEB to 1 slice of white or something as my body does not agree to brown bread ? x

    Use the HEX B on something else and syn a slice of white bread if need be.

    HEX B bread has to be wholemeal for the fibre content.

    I use multigrain bread for mine but sorry you cant use white. I would stick with wholemeal though you should get used it after awhile and it tastes better.

    Hmmmmm also just thought, (but i'm not too sure until i rejoin group tonight) - but i 'think' you cna have 2 slices of Nimble white bread (400g loaf) or maybe a weight watchers one?

    That's the bread I eat the smaller 70 Cal a slice bread my stomach can't take any of the others bloats me for days That's the only bread I can eat for some reason
