I know your pain sweet! i've regained my weight so as of tomorrow i will be a slimming world gal!! i actually can't wait :) Xx

There is a lot to take in at first, but keeping a food diary really makes a difference and were all here behind you and ready to support you if you need anything :) good luck hun xQuote:
