    Bangers & Mash!

    Just had 4 Linda McCartney sausages, (red onion ones that are free) Smash original made with water and some salt and pepper. And spaghetti mmmm proper stodgy homely food!

    Is this good? I had veg & fruit earlier this was just a proper 'cheer me up' meal!

    Same!! The red onion & rosemary are free aren't thy?sounds too good to be true they feel so naughty!!

    Could you help me got a pack of gonna chicken breast pieces here from Tesco

    Nutritional value: half a pack contains
    130cals
    0.8g sugar
    2.3g fat
    0.8g sat fat
    0.4g salt

    And the pack is 200g. What's the syn value?
    Can't find them anywhere!

    Yes the Linda McCartneys are free. It's only the Rosemary and Red Onion that are free though there are others of hers which are synned.

    As you are doing EE and if it is just plain Chicken and has no visable fat and is skinless it will be a free food.

    Yeah! The others that are 2 syns each are not even a patch on them I don't think!

    Yeah that's great thanks just made a syn free chilli and on making free wedges too mmm can't wait!!
