    Hello from me!

    Hi,

    I'm Dan, 25 from Stoke On Trent!

    Joined slimming world last night to help with my eating habits.

    I go to the gym all the time, but I still gain due to the food I eat, so hoping it will help me!

    One question, can you eat the free food whenever you like?

    For example, tonight for my tea, I had 2 whole meal bread, 2 boiled eggs and beans. A little later I was still hungry, so I has a plate of pasta, tuna and sweet corn.

    All free foods... Surely this is too much?!?

    Hi Dan and welcome!

    You can eat free food whenever you like. However, 2 things spring to mind from reading your post:-

    1. which plan are you following? There's no super free mentioned and you need to be getting some in there if you're on Extra Easy.

    2. Make sure you only eat until you're comfortably full.

    Try having a look through the diaries on here. There's a chap on here called Pompey Gav who's lost loads of weight and will probably give you some good ideas of what to eat.

    welcome Dan, as Tracy says, all of the foods you mention are free and you can eat as much as you need to feel full but it is important to eat 1/3 superfree as well and what about syns?

    are you going it alone or going to group? have you got the 2013 books?
