Hi all
I know how slimming worls worksi joined the group before about a year and a half ago and something came up and i couldnt continue. Then last july i done calorie controlling and went feom 14st1lbs to 11st6. Then since xmas i cant seem to get back into it. I have really gone off track :s
Any ideas?? Shall i try something new?? Or would it be silly to change??
Any help would be greatly appreciated thanks xx

I love white bread... French bread, bagels, etc! But it's not been as difficult an adjustment as I thought- would have been way harder if I weren't allowed cheese or dairy!
not the same as getting a baguette from Upper Crust or something!
