    Healthy extra cheese

    Hi everyone, i am new to this forum, a big hello from Yorkshire!

    Can anyone tell me if I can have ASDA chosen by you Half fat mature cheese as my healthy extra, and if so how much am i allowed.

    On latest healthy extras it shows that you can have 30g cheddar or 40g reduced fat Cheddar/40g Cathedral City light mature cheddar & also 40g Kerry Low Low mature cheese as a healthy extra A choice.

    I have low fat mature cheddar and I count this as my healthy extra A choice.

    This cheese says half fat not reduced fat, if i just have 30g i should be ok
