    Don't panic! We all do it. i find it helps to write it all down, and have a think why...(bad shopping choices made while hungry, stress about work, feeling a bit lonely...) and see what can be done to avoid doing it again.

    But we are not robots. Sometimes a cookie and some crisps is just what we need!
