    I'd eat some fruit or something free if I were you, I have hungry days and eat loads, have made a plateful of chips on an evening regularly when I've wanted more to eat and it hasn't effected my losses. If your hungry your better off eating free or superfree then trying not to eat as your more likely to grab something you shouldn't have if you do that.

    My consultant always says you should't be hungry on slimming world, if you are, then eat

    Lol my daughter was staying at her grannies so I slept in til 1. So my breakfast was basically my lunch

    In that case you haven't eaten enough. SW chips are a fave when I'm feeling hungry. Or if I can't be bothered to wait for them to cook. I'll use tin potatoes and oven cook them for a quick fix! Defo eat more carbs though. As above, if you're hungry you're not doing the plan correctly. But it's because you didn't have breakfast I reckon x
