How many Syns are too many syns?
I have just joined slimming world last week (Monday the 7th of January) and I was wondering if anyone could advise me on syns!
In the magazine it says aim for 10 syns a day and in the book it says 15 syns a day.... does anyone know how many syns you should have in a day? Also, do you lose more weight the fewer syns you have or do syns not really effect weight loss?
Thanks for any advice you might have!

As your book says, you should aim for between 5 and 15 Syns each day.
Eating less Syns won't necessarily make you lose weight quicker. In fact, a lot of people actually find they lose better when they eat most of their Syns rather than keeping them low.
Follow what your book says and you can't go wrong.
