Flexi Synning is where you plan your Syns in advance.
Say you are going out for a meal, perhaps, and you know that 15 Syns won't be enough, you would set yourself a Syns limit depending on how many you think you would realistically need. It may be 20, 75, 103...it's dependent on you.
Then when you go out for your meal, you count up the Syns as you eat/drink them, and once you reach your limit you stop. For the rest of that week you get back on plan as normal.
Flexi-Synning wont necessarily guarantee a loss that week, but what it does guarantee is that you stay in control of things.
Flexi-Synning is not having a binge, eating a whole load of junk and then saying "oh it's okay, I'll class it as a Flexi-Syn day". That is simply being off plan - don't confuse the two.
