Just keep drinking the water-if you're taking on more fibre than normal, then you'll need to up your water to compensate x

Really? I got weighed 2nite and iv maintained. I showed my group leader the food diary and she said I havnt had enough syns. I was about 50 short for the week so I went macdonalds for tea and just eat a few chocolates. Get back on it 2moro. I'm desperate to lose a stone in the next 4 weeks if possible :s xx
Peppermint tea is great when you feel bloated.
as for your syns Hun, use them, they are there to be enjoyed and the plan works better when you use them too as they are part of it xxx
Thanks hun, I'm goin to have a naughty meal on the weekend from now on ;) maybe even a little drnk haha. Iv been so strict eating plenty of fruit and veg and Im gutted its not worked. I need a big loss to boost my confidence now and get me back on track. Xxx

I feel like this this week but was fine last week, weird!! Very bloated indeed.....will keep at it! I think I'm eating less fibre than I did before so wonder if this is why...
