You could do, but it won't guarantee you a loss - Flexi-Syns just help to keep you in control.
I personally would use minimal Syns through the week, try and keep a track of my Syns on the Saturday, and then deduct them from my weekly total and carry on the rest of the week with whatever Syns I had left.
It's totally personal preference though. It's just about finding what works best for you xx
