Just started SW today and since 2pm I've had a bit of diarrhoea - and generally feeling a bit yuk. Just wondering if it's something working on me or if it's simply cos of the fruit and veg I've been eating.
I've had grapefruit - brown toast bolied egg (breakfast)
HUGE salad with raw veg inc cauliflower brocoli jacket potato and tuna. (lunch - about 1pm)
Has anyone else had something similar so quickly on Day 1??? :o
