I was looking through some paperwork and came across my old weight records from when I tried to lose weight on my own, by eating healthily etc and I found it fascinating reading them and seeing how my weight piled on!
My last record pre-SW was on the 23rd July 2012 and I weighed 13st 3lbs
Meaning in less than a month (I started SW on 21st August) I put on 9lbs!!
So shocked!
On the plus side this time last year I weighed 12st 2lbs and I now weigh 11st 11lbs
