    Bread...

I have been using a 400g loaf for ages, and always been really disappointed by the size of my sandwich, so yesterday I decided to weigh 2 slices of a normal loaf. It weighed 70g, so I cut off the crust off the top and bingo....60g! Much more substantial and I'm quite annoyed that I have deprived myself for so long!!! X

I feel the same to be honest so often I have slices from a normal sized wholemeal loaf and add the extra bit as syns. generally, for every 10 syns over the 60g allowance is 1 syn. x
