    Im back!

    Im doing SW and for the first time im having some success (not SW fault all my own greeds fault)

    Ive been doing it 2 weeks and now im 9lbs down 1st 9lbs from my heaviest ever but im starting from when i joined 2 weeks ago.

    Really seem to be enjoying it this time and i feel more determined.
