    Speed Food

    Hi, sorry in advance if this has been posted elsewhere.

    I`ve heard that concentrating on speed foods boost your weight loss. But I`m a bit confused as to which foods they are and how it works.

    Speed foods have an S symbol by them in your book, and super speed have the SS
    13.5lbs down 31lbs to go to first goal
