Off to Prague! Help?
I'm really excited about heading to Prague for 4 nights this Thursday. There's a group of us going and it'll be tons of fun I'm sure :-) But I'm worried about how on earth I can follow the plan - or at least not gain too much - while I'm there!
Any suggestions? My thoughts are that I'll just try and focus on low fat and calorie control. I doubt I'll be able to follow SW to the letter. Any help much appreciated thanks :-)
I went to Prague when I was following SW. It's gorgeous, although will be cold this time of year. I took some healthy snacks with me, filled up on SW compliant food at breakfast and tried to make wise choices the rest of the time. Typical me though I over did the drink!
Yes I've packed my thermals haha!
