    Bread/Scone substitute

I tried a recipe from here last week to make a syn free bread/scone substitute. It was 300g cottage cheese, 107g of smash and 2 eggs, basically mixed together (I added chopped onions, peppers and mixed herbs), and although nice, I wondered if I could use Quark instead of cottage cheese? Would anyone know??

    Thanks,
    Helen

Please be aware that this would not be syn free though as SW recommend synning the smash if you are using it as a substitute for flour. At 4.5 syns per 25g dried smash you are better off just having the real thing xx
