    Illness and WI

    I've been feeling sick all day and haven't eaten much. I'm just wondering if this would hamper my weight loss? You'd think by not eating you'd lose weight, but some say that when you 'starve' your body goes into weight conservation mode.

    So, when you are ill do you lose or put on weight?
    Month 1 -10lbs 1 x SOTW 1/2 Stone
    Month 2 -6.5lbs 1 stone award.
    Month 3 - +6.5 Xmas
    Month 4 - 8.5lbs 2 x SOTW
    Month 5 -1 lb Holidays
    Week 6- -6.5LBS

    I was ill last week , 2 days without food only slice of dry toast. And within plan rest of week. I lost 2 lb. The week before stuck to plan wasn't ill and lost 2 lb. Week before that I stuck to plan 150% , I was angelic, I didn't loose a pound. Body's react differently , I like to look monthly at my losses rather than weekly.
    Start again January 2013 weigh in at exactly 12st ;-(
