Do you use all your syns every day?
I've been doing SW online for 3 weeks now and first week lost 0.5lb (probably a build up of Christmas scoffing!!) second week 3lb and this week nothing :cry:. I haven't been having all of my syns in a day and wondered whether this might be why I've not lost?? It is time of the month this week too :mad: I have been sticking to the plan and experimenting with lots of new recipes from here (thank you to those who post them) and am eating lots of fruit and veg. Where am I going wrong??
