    Joined a club tonight

    Having lost a stone last year doing SW on my own, I thought I'd mix things up a bit, in a bid to be stricter with myself and hopefully lose more quickly.

    My consultant was lovely and the group seemed nice and friendly.

    I bought a 12 week pass to give it a fair go.

    February 2013
    WK 1 - 1.8lbs lost

    January 2013 - 3.4lbs lost
    2012 - 14lbs lost

    Good luck, I did it at home all last year and lost 2 stone, I went off to my local class originally just to get the new books in the new yr.

    I actually really enjoyed the class and felt supported by everyone and decided to continue going.

    Hope change works for us both x

    Good luck! I don't have the motivation to do it by myself. I think knowing someone else is going to weigh me every week keeps me in check. When I didn't go for a few months I kept saying to myself 'I'l start again tomorrow' and then munched on a load of junk every night, and never got back on plan. I've been back at group since the start of January and it's been going well

    Well done for going back. I do better when I'm going to class. When I know that others will see if I've been bad or good, I tend to find it easier to leave the chocolate alone
    Starting again after having a baby and gaining 2 stone!
